Sumber.com - Ketua DPW PAN DKI Eko Hendro Purnomo alias Eko Patrio dinilai tidak koorperatif dalam kasus sengketaKantor PAN DKI di kawasan Tebet, Jakarta Selatan. Terhitung Eko sudah tiga kali dipanggil sebagai saksi kasus tersebut, namun tidak pernah datang.
''Sudah tiga kali Eko Patrio sebagai saksi tidak datang memenuhi panggilan saksi. Sementara saksi terlapor si Eko Patrio, Dan Puspa Sari Putri Utami sebagai penyewa sebagaimana di dalam akta sewa menyewa juga belum datang memenuhi panggilan penyidik, ada apa ini semua? Selasa pekan depan tanggal 23 Oktober 2018, apakah yang bersangkutan datang? Kita liat nanti," ujar kuasa hukum Haryanti Sutanto, JJ Amstrong Sembiring di Jakarta, Minggu (21/10).
Amstrong diketahui telah melaporkan berdasarkan Putusan Mahkamah Agung (MA) di tingkat Peninjauan Kembali dimana Soerjani sebagai Pemohon PK ditolak seluruh dalil-dalil permohonannya (kalah) dimana salah satu amar putusan tsb bahwa Akta Hibah No 18 tahun 2011 tertanggal 9 mei 2011 dikesampingkan, akta hibah tersebut sebagai dasar membalikkan nama sertifikat ibunya soeprapti ke nama dirinya Soerjani dgn dasar akta persetujuan dan kuasa no 6, 7, 8 dan 9.
Amstrong melaporkan hal tersebut ke Polda Metro Jaya dengan pasal 372 (Penggelapan) terkait dengan bangunan yang telah disewa dan dikuasai secara fisik oleh Soerjani selama dari tahun 2013 sampai dengan 2018 secara sepihak.
Sebelumnya, Amstrong telah menggugat harta waris tersebut di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Barat, Pengadilan Tinggi DKI Jakarta, MahkamahAgung di tingkat Kasasi danM ahkamahAgung di tingkat PK. Ditingkat PK dimenangkan. Amstrong sangat menyayangkan kinerja aparat penegak hukum menjadi terkatung-katung laporannya di Polda karena tidak ada kepastian hukum.
''Bahwa fakta kenyataan Penyidik Polda Metro Jaya dalam perkara ini (LP/4417/VIII/2018/PMJ/Dit. Reskrimum) tidak sungguh-sungguh menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya dalam pemanggilan terhadap saksi yang bernama Eko Hendro Purnomo alias Eko selaku Ketua DPW PAN DKI Jakarta," katanya.
Eko akan kembali dipanggil, jika lagi-lagi mangkir mengacu pada Pasal 224 ayat 1 KUHP maka dia bisa terancam 9 bulan penjara.
